a) You may NOT claim ownership of the original MRR digital product, its copyright, or any associated intellectual property rights.

b) You may NOT provide our MRR digital product or any of its components as a bonus for any other product or service.

c) You may NOT sell, transfer, or grant sub-licenses to other parties for the MRR license. The resale rights are solely for your use, and the end-users you sell to may not resell the product.

d) You may NOT modify, alter, or rebrand the MRR digital product without explicit written permission from M18 Investments, LLC.

e) You may NOT use deceptive or unethical marketing practices when promoting our MRR digital product. All promotional activities must comply with applicable laws and regulations.

f) You may NOT use our MRR digital product to create offensive, harmful, or illegal content.

g) You may NOT distribute or share the MRR digital product on websites or platforms that engage in illegal activities, promote hate speech, or violate intellectual property rights.

All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights associated with the MRR digital product are and shall remain the exclusive property of M18 Investments, LLC. You shall not acquire any ownership or rights other than the MRR license specified in this Agreement.

Our MRR digital product is provided "as is," without any warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our MRR digital product.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless M18 Investments, LLC. its officers, employees, and affiliates, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of your use or resale of our MRR digital product.

We reserve the right to terminate your MRR license and restrict your access to our digital product if you violate any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use, resale, and distribution of our MRR digital product.

We may update or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically to stay informed about any changes. Continued use or resale of our MRR digital product after any modifications shall constitute your consent to the updated Agreement.
